St Patrick’s Day And My Brown Bread
I almost felt I was a nutter
Irish made brown bread and butter
Handed to me like a gift
So why am I just slightly miffed?
There lay Ireland on my plate I had to pause…. and hesitate
What would St. Patrick think of me? ….
But it tasted grand with my cup of tea!
